I remember reading a magazine interview back in high school in which they asked my then-mountain-biking-idol, Greg Herbold, what his favorite trail was. "The one I haven't ridden yet" was his answer. A decade and a half later it still rings absolutely true. There's nothing like letting off the brakes and opening up on a new trail and being completely elated by what is continually deliverd around each corner. To that note, I've been riding some new trails south of SF recently and have been pretty stoked on what I've been finding.
